The Irwin Cottage, our lakeside accommodation is currently offering three lakeside suites for individual or group rental at the former site of the historic IRWIN INN, an award winning resort, two hours northeast of Toronto, owned and operate by the Irwin family since 1947!

Located on Stoney Lake's majestic south shore, this exceptional lakefront property has transitioned from a busy resort to a cottage retreat. This transformation still provides the opportunity to experience Stoney Lake and all it has to offer, with the unprecedented luxury of literally being steps from the lake, backing to majestic trees, parkland, fields and woods.
With this expansive private setting on Irwin Road our Stoney Lake location beckons you to take in the natural beauty, stunning views, sparkling water, all with a sense of serenity and relaxation!
Activities here include canoeing, kayaking, hiking, swimming, fishing, boating, cross country skiing and skating.
Paddle boards, canoes, kayaks, water trampoline, boat cruises, campfires are here for your enjoyment.
Our 4 km of walking trails in our woods and fields are perfect for a nature hike and to visit our horses at the farm.
When planned activities are just reading a book or admiring the beauty of Stoney Lake, relax on your private screened in porch and enjoy!
Directly oveverlooking Stoney Lake, our lovely two-bedroom lakeside suite features a charming living room with modern furnishings, a stunning wood burning brook-stone fireplace, extending to an open-concept kitchen area. Sliding glass doors from the living room open to a private, screened-in, lakeside balcony with patio furniture, and an incredibly beautiful lake view. The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a king bed. A four-piece bath with deep soaking tub and walk-in shower, is beside the bedroom. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a long double and a single bed and a three-piece bathroom with walk-in shower.

The restful bedroom has a king size bed and custom pine furnishings. A four piece bathroom includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Our one bedroom suite is part of a large post and beam cottage which includes two other guest suites - and they are available to rent all together! The Irwin Cottage is the perfect destination for extended families and groups.
